Thanks to our not-for-profit charitable status, our charges are very modest compared with others.
The monthly charge covers accommodation, catering, heating, lighting, laundry, room cleaning and Council Tax. Telephone charges, TV licence, if needed, and insurance of residents' possessions are not included.
