General
The houses are fully equipped for the comfort and safety of elderly people, including stair lifts, emergency alarm systems and entry phones. A member of staff is on duty at all times.
Security
Every effort is made to ensure that the houses are as safe and secure as possible. Residents’ rooms are equipped with audio and visual fire alarm, an emergency call system and an entry phone.
Cleaning and laundry
A laundry service is provided and residents’ rooms are cleaned thoroughly every two weeks. No extra charge is made for these services.
Kitchen facilities
There is a small kitchen area in each room. Most residents choose to bring their own microwave.
Respite Breaks
Subject to limited availability, we also offer “respite breaks” to non- resident guests who require supported accommodation and part-board for a limited period.
Quality Assurance
We hold quality assurance certification under the Abbeyfield Standard and are accredited by the London Borough of Bromley for the Supporting People programme
